Experiments with halftone and text

Using the pixelate half tone effect in photoshop to edit and image of fire, then using it as an abstract fill behind title in indesign. Discovering how to convert text to vector indesign and create compound path. Also exploring what's legible. I'm also looking to not have the 'fire' be 'on the nose' more of an abstract reference with the circles also part of my narrative composition.
I've pixelated and then gone in with the wand to edit the colour palette of the original image. Turning of contiguous to select large areas of the same colour quickly.
